1. Titles and metas

2. Structure and directives
- One H1 per page. Resolve duplicate H1 and title conflicts while preserving URL handles to avoid new redirects.
- Fix canonicals and robots directives.
- Flatten redirect chains and repair broken links.
3. Security headers
- Add Referrer-Policy, Content-Security-Policy, and X-Frame-Options.
- Verify the fix in browser dev tools rather than trusting stale crawl data.
4. Prioritize by revenue
- Pull target keywords from live ad data, not guesswork.
- Rank every fix by money recovered per hour, and do the highest-value work first.
